Return Policy
Dedicated Net Access (sometimes hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") offers a thirty (30)-day money back guarantee (not including the shipping and handling costs originally paid or incurred by you), pursuant and subject to the following procedure: Please call us for an RA# (Return Authorization #) at 310-788-2703. It is imperative that you please write your RA# legibly and prominently on your packing slip. Please note on the reverse side of your packing slip the reason(s) for your return. In addition, please circle on the front side of your packing slip the item(s) that you are returning. Please then affix on the return mailing box both a mailing address label and the appropriate amount of return postage. (Please understand that return postage is your sole responsibility, and Dedicated Net Access accepts no responsibility whatsoever for mailing boxes that are not delivered to us by reason of improper return postage.) The mailing box may be returned to us via any carrier (e.g., U.S. Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that you select. The return address to which the mailing box must be sent is: Paula Abdul Cardio Cheer, 2049 Century Park East, Suite 3600, Los Angeles, CA 90067. We strongly recommend that you fully insure the return mailing box and that you retain a receipt and/or tracking number for the shipment of the return mailing box. Dedicated Net Access assumes no responsibility whatsoever for lost or misdirected mailing boxes, regardless of the reason(s) therefor. All requests for credit card refunds/credits will be processed within seven (7) days after the receipt in our warehouse of the mailing box (containing the returned item[s]). An appropriate refund or credit should appear on your credit card account within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the credit card billing cycle period during which you send the mailing box (containing the returned item[s]) to our warehouse. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, under no circumstances shall Dedicated Net Access accept, or issue refunds/credits in connection with, mailing boxes that (a) are returned to us later than the thirty (30)-day guarantee period, (b) do not contain an RA#, (c) do not contain the returned item(s), (d) arrive COD at our warehouse, (e) the carrier refuses to deliver to us or (f) are returned to the sender thereof.
